- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have a very timid dog and I was impressed with how carefully he was treated by the staff and the doctor. The doctor and the technician spent a few extra moments letting him sniff them, giving him treats, and get aquatinted before they started doing anything to him. I have been to several vets over his lifetime for a persistent limp- this was the first time I felt like the doctor actually listened to my concerns and addressed the problem. I was talked through various levels of diagnostic testing and never pressured to do anything expensive just because it might help- it was just information given without pressure.
